Aerofugia Unveils AE200

Aerofugia formally unveiled the AE200, a 5–6-seat tilt-propeller eVTOL aircraft, on May 10 at the BEYOND International Science and Innovation Expo in China. Aerofugia, the Chengdu-based subsidiary of Chinese automaker Geely Technology Group, first unveiled a prototype of the AE200 in August 2022, before announcing earlier this year that it had made the first flights with the AE200 X01, an uncrewed, fullscale demonstrator. Aerofugia is the product of a Geely-backed merger of Terrafugia and AOSSCI, a drone manufacturer.
