Atlantic Aviation Buys Ferrovial Vertiports

On Jan. 6, Atlantic Aviation announced its purchase of Ferrovial Vertiports, boosting its portfolio of fixed-base operations (FBO) with more capability to service AAM aircraft. Atlantic stated the unit will now operate as VertiPorts by Atlantic while keeping the former Ferrovial subsidiary leadership team in place. Atlantic did not disclose financial details of the acquisition from Ferrovial.
