Pipistrel Hovers Nuuva V300

On Jan. 31, Textron eAviation company Pipistrel announced the first hover test flight of its Nuuva V300 hybrid-electric VTOL cargo drone. The autonomous V300 was remotely monitored by an operator at a ground control station and includes fly-by-wire flight controls built by Honeywell. Pipistrel aims to complete a second V300 prototype for tests later this year.
